Custom and personalised orders

We are very happy to accept custom and personalised orders. Also, if you would like to commission a special or one-off piece we would love to hear from you. Please send us your requests!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your order will come in a presentation box as standard. Please let us know if you would like us to giftwrap your order for a small extra charge.

Is your jewellery environmentally conscious?

Camilla West jewellery is made from recycled and partially recycled silver. Copper wire, where used, is repurposed discarded electrical wiring. Presentation boxes are made from recycled and recyclable materials including natural cotton pads (except that ring boxes need small foam pads). Our standard ribbon is recyclable acetate made of wood fibres (luxury ribbon is made of polyester). Packing tissue is undyed and recycled. We send non-gift orders for delivery with reused outer packaging where possible.

Hallmarking

In accordance with UK law, all our pieces that contain more than 7.78g of silver will be hallmarked. If you would like any of my smaller or lighter designs made in silver to be hallmarked as well, please let us know and we can arrange this for a small extra charge and in a few days extra to allow for the piece to be tested and returned by the assay office.

Yes. Please send us an email to camilla@camillawest.com if you would like to join our mailing list for updates on my new jewellery designs, news about/invitations to events I'll be attending, new stockists, and any offers or discounts that I might be running. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, of course!

Feedback on designs

We would really value your thoughts on any of our designs and materials or the way they are described (pictures, detail etc), both to be positive or suggest a variation that you'd like to see, but also if you were put off by something about a design you otherwise quite liked.
